Vari-Speed Agitator VAG-12
Adequate for most tanks with loads up to 100 lbs. Can be used with single or double cathode rods with speed control from 8 to 40 rpm. Stroke is adjustable from 3 to 5 inches. The agitator is isolated from the cathode rod with a plastic crank arm. Has 100 inch lbs. torque.
Operates on 115 volt AC 50-60 hz.

EST Heavy Duty Precision Rollers
Designed for cathode rod agitation, these EST corrosion-proof rollers have plastic Rulon bearings to minimize friction and give longer life to your agitation motors. Available in two different types – Radius Type for various size round rods, and Slotted Type for different thicknesses of rectangular bars, both machined to fit accurately.
*These rollers are 3-1/4″ long x 1-5/8″ high x 1-1/4″ wide.
Medium Duty Rollers
For rods 1/2″ to 1″ in diameter. Guaranteed to roll free in corrosive atmosphere of plating room. Bearing surface – Polypropylene. Base and uprights – 3/8″ Acrylic. Rollers rides on stainless steel shaft.
Plastic Insulating Blocks
Designed for mounting anode and cathode rods, these EST Insulating Blocks are made of transparent acrylic to be mounted on the tank rim by means of stainless steel bolts.
The blocks can be ordered drilled completely through so that the work rod protrudes beyond the end of the tank or half way through to act as a stop for the end of the rod. Usually one end of the rod protrudes through the insulator to provide rod length for connecting jumper bar while the opposite end is mounted in a block drilled half through.
